EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION LAW

This is a study of the law and policy of federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination in employment on account of race, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, and sexual orientation. The course covers the analysis and proof of individual and class-wide discrimination; judicial and administrative remedies; and affirmative action.

This course may be offered for 2 or 3 units.
