TRIAL ADVOCACY
(LAWJ-4019) - 3 UNITS

The course examines all aspects of a jury trial, including jury selection; opening statement; order of proof; direct and cross examination of witnesses (including experts); and closing argument. Students participate in simulated criminal and/or civil trial sessions. Please note that students who have previously completed Hobbs/Poehls Trial Advocacy will not be permitted to take this course.
