ADVANCED TRIAL ADVOCACY
(LAWJ-4048) - 3 UNITS

This advanced course in criminal trial advocacy is designed as a Master's Class for students interested in becoming trial lawyers. The class will focus on trial strategy and procedures that are not covered in the basic trial advocacy course. It will be taught by a federal judge who has worked as a trial lawyer for the U.S. Attorney's Office. Students will participate in mock proceedings on a regular basis.
