SPECIAL EDUCATION DUE PROCESS AND EDUCATION LITIGATION LAW AND PRACTICE
(LAWJ-4127) - 2 UNITS

The YJEC Special Education Due Process and Education Litigation Law and Practice course focuses on filing complaints against school districts to obtain remedies for YJEC clients who have experienced legal violations. YJEC students will learn the substantive education law needed to complete their client work and will receive training in due process and litigation best practices and strategy.

Admission to course is by application only; limited to students in the Youth Justice Education Clinic Due Process and Litigation Clinic.
