SCOTT MOOT COURT
(LAWO-7011) - 2 UNITS

This is an intra-mural competition in which students are given an appellate problem for which they must write a judged research brief and participate in a judged oral argument on behalf of both appellant and appellee. Appellate Advocacy is a prerequisite for participation; and the top participants are eligible for the Scott Moot Court Honors Board. Those students who enroll in Appellate Advocacy in the Fall semester and who wish to register for the Scott Moot Court Competition must achieve a grade of B or higher.
