NATIONAL SPORTS LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION
(LAWO-7090) - 2 UNITS

A national moot court appellate competition that focuses on contemporary legal problems confronting the sports industry. Hosted by Tulane Law School, the competition draws law schools and moot court programs from across country and takes place in New Orleans, during Mardi Gras. Students will analyze an a sport law fact pattern, analyze the law, gather facts, determine a strategy, and prepare written and oral appellate arguments.
