ENTERTAINMENT NEGOTIATIONS
(LAWF-4090) - 2 UNITS

This course will focus on scripted and unscripted television business affairs negotiations. Based on real transactions, students will learn and practice the skills and principles of structuring and negotiating various types of entertainment agreements, including development, rights acquisitions, talent, and production agreements. Students will participate in simulated exercises of mock negotiations, marking up agreements, and class discussions.
